WHAT WE COVER
Every engagement spans the full scope below. Depending on where your program stands,
we weight the work toward the areas that move your numbers fastest.
01
Make the technology you
already own work harder.
02
-Technology sets the stage; strategy fills the seats. We build the plan that drives people to show up, stay engaged, and feel recognized – and tie it to the organizational outcomes leadership cares about.
03
Engagement programs live or die by the partners behind them. We bring order to the vendor landscape – selecting the right ones, managing the relationships, and clearing the operational friction that stalls progress.
WHO IT'S FOR
Bench Consulting is purpose-built for organizations whose success
depends on participation – where a disengaged user isn’t just a missed
metric, but a missed chance to support a real person.

fCXO, Fractional Chief Experience Officer
Danielle builds engagement systems that hold up under pressure, a discipline she learned long before her career in Corporate Wellness and Benefits: during her ten years of active duty in the United States Air Force.
During her years in military uniform, she established Global Patient Evacuation training and technology infrastructure that could not afford to fail, coordinating people, federal agencies, and resources under real deadlines to save lives. It was there she pioneered computer and video-based instruction to train federal personnel remotely, an early conviction that the right technology makes expertise scale. That conviction is the foundation of Bench Engage.
After her military service and completing her B.S. in Worksite Health & Wellness, she carried that operational discipline into Corporate Wellness. She began her career as the Wellness Coordinator at Southwest Airlines, followed by the same role at American Airlines, where she learned to run engagement programs and product development across global, complex workforces. At GM Financial, she now leads well-being, recognition, and engagement initiatives across North and Latin America, translating program data into the kind of results leadership can measure. She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) through the National Wellness Institute (NWI), Certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), and recently completed her Data Analytics Certification.
Most recently, her work has earned:
Through Bench Engage, Danielle brings that full arc to her clients. She partners with organizations to strengthen both their engagement platform technology and the people it serves: assessing the platform through the lens of product development, guiding AI implementation, lifting participation, and managing the vendor relationships that quietly make or break a program. The same instincts that coordinated Federal agencies under pressure now align product developers, vendors, and leadership around engagement infrastructure that lasts. For organizations that want a partner who can read the analytics, command the operation, and deliver results that hold and retain top talent, Danielle has done it where the stakes were highest.
Outside of the office, Danielle is an avid upland and waterfowl hunter. She enjoys training and hunting with her two bird dogs, Sarge and Briggs. She loves to travel with her husband and two teenage daughters, show her quarter horses at NRHA events, and spend time in her vegetable garden flexing her green thumb. She is on the board of YMCA Camp Carter in Fort Worth, Texas, is an active member of the DFW Business Group on Health (DFWBGH) and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and is passionate about connecting with military veteran non-profit organizations to foster continued camaraderie post-military service.

Organizations often invest heavily in employee engagement platforms, but the true return on investment is frequently missed due to a lack of strategic implementation and ongoing operational discipline. Bench Engage bridges this gap by focusing on the critical elements of adoption and sustained participation, ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible improvements in employee experience and organizational performance.
Our approach goes beyond initial setup, delving into the user experience, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency. By embedding expertise directly with client teams, we identify and address the barriers to engagement, optimize platform utilization, and ensure that the technology actively contributes to key business outcomes like retention and productivity.
The fCXO model offers a unique, integrated approach to enhancing employee engagement. Instead of managing disparate vendors for technology, strategy, and operations, clients gain a single, accountable partner who brings senior-level expertise directly into their organization. This ensures a cohesive and effective strategy for platform adoption and performance.
Our fCXOs work hands-on with your HR and People teams, assessing existing platforms, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive user participation. This includes leveraging modern tools like AI to create a step-change in user experience and ensuring that the platform aligns with broader organizational goals for well-being, retention, and overall performance.
Navigating the complex landscape of engagement technology vendors can be a significant challenge. Bench Engage provides expert guidance to streamline this process, ensuring that organizations select partners that best align with their specific goals and objectives. We manage vendor relationships and address operational friction points that can hinder progress.
Our expertise extends to assisting with vendor coordination and adoption, ensuring that chosen platforms are not only selected wisely but also effectively integrated and utilized by teams. This proactive management helps to maximize the value derived from each vendor relationship and prevents stalled progress due to misaligned expectations or operational inefficiencies.
