Bench Engage

BENCH CONSULTING

People, platform, and performance.

From platform decisions to engagement strategy to vendor operations: one trusted advisor without the full-time headcount.

WHY BENCH CONSULTING

Great platforms don't fail on features. They fail on adoption.

Well-being and recognition programs only return value when people actually use them. Most organizations have already invested in the technology – what’s missing is the strategy, the experience design, and the operational discipline to turn that investment into sustained participation.
Bench Consulting closes that gap. We embed with your team to assess what you’ve built, fix what’s holding engagement back, and modernize the platform so it keeps performing long after the project ends. One partnership across technology, strategy, and operations – not three disconnected vendors.

Danielle leads engagement consulting for well-being and recognition platforms, partnering directly with your team to align technology, people, and program outcomes. She brings senior experience-officer leadership to your organization on a flexible, embedded basis.

WHAT WE COVER

Three areas of focus, one accountable partner.

Every engagement spans the full scope below. Depending on where your program stands,
we weight the work toward the areas that move your numbers fastest.

01

Platform & Technology

Make the technology you
already own work harder.

We get under the hood of your engagement platform to find what’s working, what’s underused, and where modern tooling – including AI – can create a step change in the experience.

02

Engagement & Strategy
Turn participation into retention and performance.

-Technology sets the stage; strategy fills the seats. We build the plan that drives people to show up, stay engaged, and feel recognized – and tie it to the organizational outcomes leadership cares about.

03

Vendor & Operations
Keep the whole ecosystem moving as one.

Engagement programs live or die by the partners behind them. We bring order to the vendor landscape – selecting the right ones, managing the relationships, and clearing the operational friction that stalls progress.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for the platforms people lean on at their most human moments.

Bench Consulting is purpose-built for organizations whose success
depends on participation – where a disengaged user isn’t just a missed
metric, but a missed chance to support a real person.

A

Well-Being Platforms
Wellness, mental-health, and benefits programs that only deliver impact when employees actually engage with them.

B

Recognition Platforms
Rewards and recognition systems that drive culture, morale, and retention when participation stays high.

C

HR & People Teams
Leaders accountable for engagement, retention, and program ROI who need senior experience expertise on demand.

HOW WE WORK

A partnership, not a one-off project.

We embed alongside your team and move through four phases – then keep iterating,
because engagement is never “done.”

Phase 01

Assess
Audit the platform, the analytics, current participation, and the vendor stack to establish a clear baseline.

Phase 02

Strategize
Build a roadmap that ties technology and program decisions directly to retention and performance goals.

Phase 03

Implement

Guide AI adoption, UX
improvements, communications,
and vendor coordination – handson with your people.

Phase 04

Optimize
Measure what changed, refine what’s working, and harden the infrastructure so results hold over time.

WHAT CHANGES

Outcomes your leadership will recognize.

Higher participation
More of your people actively using the well-being and recognition tools you’ve already invested in.
Stronger retention
Engagement and recognition that translate into measurable improvements in retention and morale.
A modern, AI-ready platform
Smarter UX, sharper analytics, and responsible AI that keep your platform competitive.
Resilient operations
Vendor relationships and processes that run smoothly without constant firefighting.
Clearer decisions
Analytics turned into direction, so leadership invests with confidence instead of guesswork.
One accountable partner

A single relationship spanning technology,
strategy, and operations – aligned to your goals.

Danielle L. Miller

fCXO, Fractional Chief Experience Officer

Danielle builds engagement systems that hold up under pressure, a discipline she learned long before corporate wellness: in her ten years active duty in the United States Air Force.

During her years in uniform, she stood up Global Patient Evacuation training and infrastructure that could not afford to fail, coordinating people, agencies, and resources under real deadlines to save lives. It was there she pioneered computer and video-based instruction to train federal personnel remotely, an early conviction that the right technology makes expertise scale. That conviction is the foundation of Bench Engage.

After her military service and completing her B.S. in Health & Wellness, she carried that operational discipline into corporate wellness, first in her time with Southwest Airlines and American Airlines, where she learned to run engagement programs across vast, complex workforces. At GM Financial, she now leads wellness, recognition, and engagement initiatives across North and Latin America, translating program data into the kind of results leadership can measure. She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner, Certified Mental Health First Aider, and recently completed her Data Analytics Certification.

Most recently, her work has earned:

  • 2024 Healthiest Employer Texas Award
  • 2021 Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation
  • Power9People honoree, 360West Magazine

Through Bench Engage, Danielle brings that full arc to her clients. She partners with organizations to strengthen both their engagement platform technology and the people it serves: assessing the platform through the lens of product development, guiding AI implementation, lifting participation, and managing the vendor relationships that quietly make or break a program. The same instincts that coordinated Federal agencies under pressure now align developers, vendors, and leadership around engagement infrastructure that lasts. For organizations that want a partner who can read the analytics, command the operation, and deliver results that hold, Danielle has done it where the stakes were highest.
