For over 30 years, I’ve built and run businesses at the intersection of corporate communication, talent acquisition, and marketing communications. That experience has earned me five ASA Voice Awards for overall excellence in corporate communication, recognition I’m proud of because it reflects the thing I care about most: getting communication right.
What sets my work apart is a focus on people. I’ve spent my career studying how humans think, decide, and connect with the brands around them. For more than 15 years, that curiosity has taken me deep into neuromarketing, learning how the human brain actually responds to messaging and why some brand stories resonate while others fall flat. That understanding shapes everything I bring to the table, whether I’m helping a company sharpen its voice, attract the right talent, or build a marketing strategy that lands.
Away from work, I’m a musician, an outdoorsman, and the owner of a small ranch. Those pursuits keep me grounded and remind me that the best communication, like the best music or a good day outdoors, comes down to authenticity and knowing your audience.

Danielle builds engagement systems that hold up under pressure, a discipline she learned long before corporate wellness: in her ten years active duty in the United States Air Force.
During her years in uniform, she stood up Global Patient Evacuation training and infrastructure that could not afford to fail, coordinating people, agencies, and resources under real deadlines to save lives. It was there she pioneered computer and video-based instruction to train federal personnel remotely, an early conviction that the right technology makes expertise scale. That conviction is the foundation of Bench Engage.
After her military service and completing her B.S. in Health & Wellness, she carried that operational discipline into corporate wellness, first in her time with Southwest Airlines and American Airlines, where she learned to run engagement programs across vast, complex workforces. At GM Financial, she now leads wellness, recognition, and engagement initiatives across North and Latin America, translating program data into the kind of results leadership can measure. She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner, Certified Mental Health First Aider, and recently completed her Data Analytics Certification.
Most recently, her work has earned:
Through Bench Engage, Danielle brings that full arc to her clients. She partners with organizations to strengthen both their engagement platform technology and the people it serves: assessing the platform through the lens of product development, guiding AI implementation, lifting participation, and managing the vendor relationships that quietly make or break a program. The same instincts that coordinated Federal agencies under pressure now align developers, vendors, and leadership around engagement infrastructure that lasts. For organizations that want a partner who can read the analytics, command the operation, and deliver results that hold, Danielle has done it where the stakes were highest.

With over 15 years experience in marketing and communications, Ben Roberts is known for his keen eye for storytelling and award-winning media campaigns across industries.
Starting out as a freelance web developer and graphic designer, Ben learned each marketing stack by doing it, not watching it be done. Being a one-man-marketing-department helped him see the big picture when it comes to product development and branding.
Ben was the North American Marketing Director for a European modified wood company and helped launch their brand in the US & Canada. He increased traffic by 50% and grew leads by 5x and revenue by 3x while there.
Ben has also produced and hosted 2 seasons of an award-winning documentary series called Design vs. Build. This series has over a million views and has won 10 Telly Awards for branded content and cinematography.
Understanding the art of storytelling and compelling video made Ben a natural fit for product development and training of the Bench Engage video platform. Knowing what it takes to produce award-winning content, he wanted to develop a way that anyone could create consistently great videos with no training or experience. He sees AI tools as the perfect way to create specific solutions for difficult problems.
Ben spent much of his career in Austin, TX, but has recently moved to Orlando, FL, and lives near the most Magical Place on Earth. If he’s not working, he’s probably at Disney World with his wife, son, and daughter.
